1. What LiveWarmUP is

LiveWarmUP is a SaaS platform for creating professional countdown, waiting and presentation screens for live streams, webinars, classes, online events and meetings.

2. Account and responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, display or share through the platform.
• Use of the service for illegal, offensive, fraudulent purposes or to violate third-party rights is prohibited.

3. Plans, limits and add-ons

LiveWarmUP offers free and paid plans with different limits and features, plus optional digital add-ons. Available features may change over time.

4. Payments

When enabled, payments are processed by providers such as Stripe. Charges follow the plan you subscribed to. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. See also our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

LiveWarmUP is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Service changes

We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time, communicating material changes when applicable.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show abusive use.
