Cancellation & Refund Policy

LiveWarmUP sells digital access, SaaS plans and digital add-ons. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the period already paid, unless required by law.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the product or digital feature has not been substantially used. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals, but previously paid periods are not automatically refunded unless required by law.

3. Digital add-ons

Digital add-ons may not be refundable after activation or use, given their immediate-delivery nature.

4. Review of requests

Refund requests may be reviewed to confirm eligibility. We reserve the right to deny requests that show substantial use or bad faith.

5. How to request

Send your request to support@livewarmup.com including the account email and the reason. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
